Jerkey (Deer/Beef/Any red meat probably idk I only ever did venison)
Ingredients - 1 lbs meat
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbps soy sauce
- 1 tbps Worchestershire
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more if you want it hot)
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 tbps brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic (1 teaspoon crushed)
Instructions
- Slice meat thinly (about jerky thickness use your best judgement)
- Let meat soak in mix for 24 hours in the fridge or longer
- Put in dehydrater for 8 to 12 hours or until dryed
- Note: This will smell while drying but it doesnt really stick around
