Jerkey (Deer/Beef/Any red meat probably idk I only ever did venison)

Ingredients - 1 lbs meat

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbps soy sauce
  • 1 tbps Worchestershire
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more if you want it hot)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tbps brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic (1 teaspoon crushed)

Instructions

  • Slice meat thinly (about jerky thickness use your best judgement)
  • Let meat soak in mix for 24 hours in the fridge or longer
  • Put in dehydrater for 8 to 12 hours or until dryed
  • Note: This will smell while drying but it doesnt really stick around
